Considering all that's going on here on this earth (especially the United States) from racism, classism, politics, police brutality, global warming catastrophes, pandemics, social media and conspiracy theories....
Sometimes you feel like you just wanna get the fuck off of this planet and don't look back.

My beloved city Detroit! The beautiful people and the wonderful deep musical history and culture. Educating/ learning from the next generation of musicians, producers and Djs, trying new concepts and focusing on Black Futuristic Music.

➔ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹?
Music is my escape. When life don't treat you right, music always will. But it also can be used as a powerful tool to advocate change. I feel an artist should reflect the current events of their era. I have always used my platform for speaking out vocally and musically.

“We want to show you what we love about music without any other boundaries than our own restless minds.” - With this vision Berlin-based Kepler, DJ Uta and Sarah Farina (later joined by LUZ1E) formed the collective and event series Rec Room in 2013, which focuses on electronic music from the Bass music spectrum and is all about breaking genre-boundaries in club music and culture.

Rec Room presents its first release Roots, Space, Vision Vol. 1 compiling ten tracks from exceptional artists who represent our vision of an intergenerational, inclusive and intersectional feminist future, dance floor and global music community. This compilation is a musical reflection of their regular club night at Berlin’s “Ohm” venue and ranges from Jungle to Baltimore Club music and features unique producers from around the globe who translate their stories into sonic journeys.
