Next up on , we have Benk0—co-founder of South London’s Party Folly Ldn, resident at Kindred Radio and booker at Venue Mot. Benk0 has been making waves in London’s underground scene, playing alongside heavyweights like Objekt, OR:LA, and Aaron J. Known for his seamless style, he navigates techno’s full spectrum, effortlessly blending hypnotic low-end grooves with high-energy club beats that command the dance floor. His sets are a journey through deep, psychedelic sounds, with dubbed-out percussion and a flair for unpredictability. Dark, moody atmospheres meet playful twists as Benk0 takes listeners on a tranquil yet intense ride through rich sonic landscapes.
For this mix, Benk0 brings us a live recording from South London’s iconic basement spot, The Greyhound, where he warmed up for Cozi’s founder, softi. Starting with a lush blend of dubby, minimal, and tech-house sounds, he transitions seamlessly into deep, trancey techno—showcasing his ability to shape the energy of a room and keep the crowd hooked......

Cozi questions below;

How and why did you get into producing / dj’ing?
It kind of happened by accident. I’ve always been into music, and as a kid, I naturally gravitated towards more  electronic, synthetic, and robotic sounds—even beyond dance music. Back in uni, my dad gave me a Pioneer DJ controller, but I didn’t touch it for like 3-4 months. When I finally tried it out, I got hooked instantly. That’s when I looked back at my music taste and realised it all just made sense.


2. Who, What/where was your most coziest gig you've been to or experienced and why?
There have been so many! but i’d say my most recent memorable cozy gig was probably Marco Shuttle's closing set at Opera Festival in Sicily. As cliché as it sounds, his set took me on a journey through all the genres Im loving at the moment. The setting—a Sicilian villa's backyard in a vineyard—made it even more special.


3. Do you consider yourself an introvert or extrovert in the scene?
I’d say I’m definitely more of an introvert in the scene. Even though I’m actively involved as a venue programmer, booker, and DJ, I often find it challenging to talk about or share the things I’ve been working on. I suppose you could say I’m more like a secret agent in that sense, haha!



4. If you had to choose 1 track to vibe out too forever, what would it be?
Such a tough question—it’s always changing! Lately, I’ve been listening to allot of Outkast. They used to be one of my favourite rap groups growing up, and Andre 3000 was definitely one of my heroes. I think I really connected with how weird and different they were for their time. So yeah, right now, I’m really vibing to Outkast - Elevators (Me & You - ONP 86 Mix).

5. What is your routine when preparing for a gig / production/writing session? Do you have any special remedies/ mental/physical prep/ places to go to? :)
When prepping for a gig I always take in to consideration factors like set time, venue and the rest of the line up. If it’s not a last minute gig i normally start digging a month in advance then start making playlists in combination with the tunes I already have. I like to build my playlists in sections of the direction i’d like my set to go in. My process can be quite chaotic once I start sorting through rekordbox although it always ends up working out.
