Research has shown that recess results in many social benefits as it is a time for children to release their pent up energy and develop their imagination. Recess has been conceptualised as a time of freedom and playtime for children. We’re talking about a different, but similarly beneficial, kind of Recess and playtime is exactly what they have in mind.

Musicians turned DJ’s, Recess began as a side project from their dysfunctional high-school band, their respective talents offering versatility and a fresh edge. These boys are known for bringing new noise to dance floors around Sydney, exploding onto the club scene with a plethora of auditory flavours from rockin’ oldies, party-anthems and the latest new dance ingredients. Loyal residents for Marco Polo in the ivy Changeroom, Soho Fridays, The Usual Suspects and pure ivy Saturdays the Recess boys are garnering a rep for being consummate mixtape pros inflicting mayhem on every dancefloor that they grace with their presence. When they aren’t busy orchestrating a disco at some of Sydney’s most exclusive venues you may catch the boys being interviewed by 3D World Magazine, supporting Miami Horror, Midnight Juggernaughts and Laidback Luke or making appearances at Future Music Festival.

The Recess train keeps on chuggin’ ahead and the boys are quickly shaping up to be one to watch – although cautions are needed for this sort of playtime… Warning: Recess may contain adult themes and may not be suitable for children, parental guidance is suggested.

Made up of Frank Cueto and Rusty Belicek, the All Good Funk Alliance has opened up for James Brown, DJ'd all around the world, written songs for commercials, T.V. and movies, and have appeared on the Breakspoll Top 50 list and was included in The Little Big Beat book,. In other words, these guys are no strangers to the funk. And while their musical tastes range the gamut, when Frank and Rusty join forces the end result is always the same: they deliver a sound that is funky, fun and fresh.

In August 2010 his single "Discofied EP" rised the top 5 and in Traxsource download chart, the song Discofied Funk was included by DJ Meme in the compilation "Defected in the House Brazil 11" and also in the Purple compilation "My boyfriend is out of town 3".
