For my first visit in San Francisco, I had the immense pleasure of playing at Endzeit party in collaboration with Club Moniker & hyper k in a new warehouse space, with an amazing sound system and a great vibe making it a memorable night.

Exponent of a sound both intrinsically rugged yet layered to mind-altering effect, the British producer has been dishing out unstoppable slices of hi-velocity techno laced with a signature stripped-back, psychedelic edge. This new RYC podcast doesn’t veer off from such a direction and we’re graced with a two-hour mind trip boasting both bass-driven warehouse impact and an elegantly-woven tapestry of abrasive grooves, leaning by turn towards atmospheric elation and on other occasions pushing in the direction of utter fibrous, steel-coated industrial pound. About Lonerist: 

@thelonerist is a UK-based dj/producer who specialises in dub techno and deep electronic soundscapes. Drawing inspiration from the emotive depth of Detroit techno and the atmospheric nuances of dub, Lonerist crafts tracks and dj sets that are both immersive and contemplative and weaves a sonic narrative that blurs the line between isolation and intensity. 

A @thelonerist DJ set is rooted in dub techno, ambient textures, and minimalist rhythms, crafted for introspection as much as movement. Each track is given room to breathe, with long blends and subtle transitions that blur the line between where one ends and the next begins. Expect space, depth and plenty of echo-drenched chords. Portuguese DJ and producer Lewis Fautzi has steadily risen from the quiet town of Barcelos to the forefront of the global techno scene. His trajectory has been nothing short of interstellar; launching with early releases on Portugal’s Soniculture, and quickly becoming a fixture on genre-defining labels like Soma, PoleGroup, Figure, Warm Up, and his own Faut Section.

His debut album The Gare Album, named after the Porto club that helped shape his artistic vision, was a bold opening statement: raw, precise, and deeply personal. A year later, Space Exploration pushed further; revealing his appetite for ambient experimentation. 

Across his discography and throughout his DJ sets, Fautzi blends dense atmospheres with magnetic, machine-like rhythms; building a sound that feels as mechanical as it is alive.

 A true craftsman of deep space sonics, he channels the gravity of the cosmos into #254: tense, immersive and unrelenting. This is Lewis Fautzi at full force.

Bulgarian-born, Oslo-based talent Kameliia’s sound leaves little room for misunderstanding. It’s ghostly, powerful and mesmerising stuff that leans on a wealth of inspiration from peers and the likes of Burial’s shadowy UK dubstep. Having studied music for four years, the production of sounds comes naturally, and on the dancefloor she’s given the space to test those personal and unreleased experiments in situ; that feedback is part of the process. Her sets too follow a formula, and a narrative thread that builds from more sparsely populated compositions to maximal, high-intensity techno, a vertical trip of the purest calibre. The threatening and world-shaking sounds she’s come to be known for have coalesced into a number of well-received productions, and made her a solid collaborator for names such as Amotik, Rødhåd and Setaoc Mass; it would be hard to imagine better company for the work she’s doing. Her cavernous and highly spiritual sound is soaked in gritty textures and characterized by a generous dosing of formidable bass, enough to get blood-flowing and her calendar packed with names like Berghain, Fold, Fuse and essaim. Swedish dub-master ADILR is a Stockholm-based Techno producer whose sound lives in the space between atmospheric subtlety and hypnotic depth. His productions draw from the Scandinavian school of dub and deep techno, with a focus on evolving textures, airy pads, and understated yet persistent grooves.
Over the last few years, ADILR steadily refined his sonic signature, exploring long-form structures and sound design inspired by natural elements, especially wind and space. His style blends dub-infused rhythms with immersive ambient layers, always prioritizing gradual progression and sonic spaciousness.
