Born and raised in Amsterdam, Dennis Quin's trademark sound of combining raw analogue sounds with irresistible drive is demonstrated in 20:20 clarity with his solo DFTD debut 'Dedication To House Music', following his collab with NYC legend Mr. V on 'Bouncin''. An adaptation of Kings Of Tomorrow's iconic 1996 record 'K.O.T. Anthem', 'Dedication To House Music' has already been teased throughout summer '22, and now gets its anticipated release for clubs to enjoy as we head into prime raving season. Encapsulating the feel-good, inclusive qualities of house music as the title would suggest, Dennis Quin's latest release is an unquestionably joy-filled future anthem.

'Dennis Quin returns to his own self-titled imprint this June with the ‘Temptation’ EP, comprised of four sturdy original House cuts from the Dutch producer and DJ.

Throughout the past decade, Dutch artist Dennis Quin has amassed widespread support from many leading figures in the underground house scene through material on the likes of PIV, Cecille, Defected, Jerome Sydenham’s Iconic Ibadan and Kaoz Theory, as well as collaborating with the latter label’s founder, Kerri Chandler, and yet another icon of House, Todd Terry amongst others. Here though, Dennis tips the focus towards his own label to deliver more of his raw grooves, crisp beats, and bouncy bass lines.

Title-track ‘Temptation’ leads and lays down a choppy bass line, euphoric piano keys, classic rave stabs and a hooky vocal lick alongside his signature swinging, robust drum style. ‘Ascending’ follows next and sees Quin lean towards a more percussive led feel via heavily shuffled drums, dubbed out vocal chants and twitchy stab sequences.
Opening the flip side of the EP is ‘Odessey’, this time bringing a wavey, elongated bass line into the limelight, subtly nuanced throughout for hypnotic effect while a bouncy drum workout carries the groove throughout. ‘Love Fiyaa’ then rounds out the EP on a raw and reduced tip, fusing ethereal pad swells and murky bass flutters with a stripped-back and sporadic dub vocals.'

First release of elrow Limited in 2021 is delivered by Artmann, one of the rising Dutch talents focused in new minimal and deep house sound. Three original huge tracks signed by the Amsterdam boy and an amazing remix made in London by James Dexter is what you can find in 'Keep The Funk Alive EP'.

'Only Us' opens the release with delicated stabs and dub deep house feelings. James Dexter keeps the spirit of the track but with a twist, making the track deeper and powerful. 'Keep The Funk Alive' is a groovy track with several musical layers going into something full of lightness and happiness. Last but not least we have 'Love Me Good', where a Moog bassline and a piano solo leads the track.
