A series of live improvs recorded during testing shortly after restoration and the construction of a custom keyboard console based around a rare 1965 Cordovox CG polyphonic tube synthesizer by D.A.Wilson for Will Gregory (of Goldfrapp) at Hideaway Studio.  This heavily modified instrument is one of a kind and destined for an exciting new life.

A quick test recording made from a series of samples taken from a gorgeous late 1960s Brüel & Kjær type 1024 "Sine-Random Generator" - an all tube based design that found its way into some of the most prestigious acoustics labs around the world and turns out to be a wonderful source of really quite haunting wobbly and warbly sine tones.

This song is probably from 1994 or so.  It was really just an outline, and it was never made into a song.  It was recorded entirely on an EPS-16+, and features samples from toys from the toy store I worked at.

Electronic Thing

This 28-minute slab of WTF is the one and only album by Freud's Kids, a project band which accidentally created a diamond in the rough with their raw enthusiasm. A few rehearsals, two recording sessions, and presto-- an EP with rough edges but ample heart. We've been called "punk" but IMHO "garage rock" is the most apt description of us. This version here on SoundCloud was remastered from the original 4-track cassette tapes by Marcus David of Pink Bus Productions. In 1989, FK recorded this music primarily live onto a Tascam 244, with some guitar and vocal overdubs thereafter. Sometimes less really is more!

Behold the 2nd album from the rogue misfit collaboration Manufactured Relevance. Initially released in 2005, this album attempted to capture the unbridled creativity and raw energy of "The Drunken Suite" (on their debut album "Apocrypha") and render it into a full album of songs.
