this friendly sunshine-traveller from berlin, part of the @drosssel crew, created a smooth dub'y mix that slides with us into the world of liquid. gravity is changed, almost erverything is floating. here and there a shimmer followed by shadows. all of it - unknown and some kind of slow. lets feel together into this new sphere.

Alien DJs are Markus Acher from "The Notwist" and Haruka who co-organizes the amazing "Alien Disko" festival in Munich. Their Pingipung show carries the title "Come Spring". They compiled an all vinyl mix of Japanese music about this much needed season.

Guilty Pleasures

Zürich went through quite a lot of changes in the last decade music-wise. As a part of the nightlife of our hometown we had the pleasure of getting to know a variety of different collectives. With the lovely people we met on the way we had the privilege to get in touch with a wide diversity in different styles of electronic music. Within the important work being done by those collectives sometimes we had the feeling of one key element getting lost: honesty. We play venues that come with certain expectations and always compare our own publicly visible musical persona to those of others. Like this we prohibit the flourishing of a true musical self, with all its sides that we might be afraid of getting judged by. Let’s cross this bridge. Let’s release our inner true felt guilty pleasures.

Therefore we want to give DJ’s the possibility of sharing music that they listen to on their headphones and are maybe even scared of getting caught listening to. Whether it's electronic or not, everything should be welcome here.
