This 4-track release showcases his innovative and diverse approach to progressive house, featuring the tracks "Antumbra," "Fractional Perception," "Praxis," and "Twenty7," offering a refreshing take on the genre.

James is no stranger to our label collective, having contributed to this year's Correlation compilation on Sound Avenue. He also recently featured on 3rd Avenue's Three of a Kind EP. In addition to his work on 3rd Avenue, James has been a prolific contributor to our Future Avenue sublabel, delivering a steady stream of original productions and remixes.

James Halon - Twenty7 [3rd Avenue]

Alek Sis found his inspiration while travelling. In 2023, he fell in love with La Réunion, a volcanic island made of huge mountains and unique nature.

While hiking throughout the place, Alek Sis decided to create his fist album made of recorded samples from birds singing, water flowing, trampling noise and many more mysterious sounds. During his creative process, Alek Sis tried to keep the number of electronic synths as low as possible (mostly for kick and bass) and focused his work on turning the recorded samples into melodies, ambiant sounds and percussions.

Les oiseaux du paradis (literally "The birds of paradise") is an immersif hypnotic techno and trance experience guided by birds.

The Myth Helia Remix of ‘Feel Me' takes the release into a mythical dimension, building on the original's themes with a cinematic, otherworldly flair. Known for their storytelling approach to sound design, Myth Helia introduces elements of trance and melodious house, elevating the remix into a realm that feels both ancient and futuristic.

Closing the EP, One Million Toys marks his triumphant return with a stunning reinterpretation of ‘Feel Me'. This remix is as inventive as it is hypnotic, featuring tempo automation and experimental synthesis that shifts seamlessly between deep grooves and peak-time energy. From being awarded the position of Beatport's Top 3 label for 2020 (following revered Afterlife and Diynamic imprints), and 4th highest selling release of the year - along with a large portfolio of accomplishments and achievements since its inception - Recovery Collective has grown from a fledgling label to a global powerhouse.

Bringing together artists from all corners of the world, the label has championed artists from diverse backgrounds, enabling them to showcase their unique talents on a global stage.
