Can’t sleep at night
Anger running through my head
Need to slow it on down
Or I’m gonna wind dead
Mad at myself because of all the lies
Wearing my life like a paper disguise 
gotta watch out, if you’re in my way
cuz I explode and implode every day

you can take a deep breath, 
you can slow yourself down
give yourself a chance 
until you come around

I’m angry at everything 
that happened to me
Struggling so hard, 
trying to be free
Gotta put out the fire 
before it’s too late
Cuz I don’t want it to escalate, 
I take it out on myself, put myself down. 
Dying on the misery merry go round
