A Huge day for us at the Ready Mix HQ has just landed. We finally hit the 100th single release benchmark and would like to thank everyone who has followed and supported us over the past 14 years. 

And what better way for us to celebrate this milestone than bringing back a classic hit from the early 2000's and dedicate it in loving memory of Nkemdi Amadume's heavenly voice that actually sung it in collaboration with the legendary NYC Duo John Creamer & Stephane K.

"I Wish You Here" Nkemdi to witness this beautiful day with us. We know you are watching with a big smile from up above. May your soul rest in Peace. This one is for you. We all "Wish You Were Here". ;)

This release will be split into 2 packs with Vol.1 containing (The Club Remixes) with remixes by the world renowned NYC DJ/Producer who has paved the way for so many of us Mr Angel Moraes from (Hot & Spycy New York and of course Club Stereo in Montreal) along with the Londoner and owner of Alola & SexOnWax Recordings Mr Omid 16B, the Canadian-Hungarian connection Beat Factory, Lonya & Roi Okev from the Cat & Dog parties, and the new comer who has already made a huge impact with his previous releases with us Mika Olson.

On Vol.2 (The Deep Remixes), you will find remixes by label boss-man BiG AL who collaborates with Omid 16B to deliver a summer masterpiece, the pack also included remixes by Harlem Knights, Addex, Prosis, Seraphine's new moniker The Noisy One and last but now least, another Canadian-Hungarian connection powered by Big AL & Levente Szabo aka The Suppliers. 

Classic underground house grooves at its finest!!!

The third in a series of fragmented audio edits based upon my live DJ set recordings. Each one will attempt to capture the feeling and direction of the night, giving those who were there a reminder of the events they experienced while giving those who were not present a fragmented distortion of what they missed.

Originally recorded live in the ENTER.2 Sake Bar at Space, Ibiza and broadcast live on BBC Radio 1, Thursday, July 12, 2012.

This takes my 2 hour ENTER.Sake set and compresses it into an hour long version that gives you a fragmented taste of that evening.

"What You Do", is a fantastic piece of dance music, fusing Finnebassen's famous funk and organic beats with a super-catchy, upbeat vocal that will have you singing while you dance… long after the track has finished. The awesome breakdown throws in more elements that make the track complete and cement the feeling.  The B Side, "A Little Somethin Somethin" is the perfect compliment to the former, a soundtrack of deep thoughts and memories, filled with hazy pads, a silky percussion and a smooth baseline.

The remixes on the do incredible justice to the original mix of  "What You Do" and are greatly diverse in what they set out to achieve. Secondly, Mexican rising stars, http://soundcloud.com/nobody-knows-us, bring us a darkly inspiring piece. Thoughtful and deep, this one is a journey into our hearts and minds. The final remix is from one of NastyFunk Records' head honchos, http://soundcloud.com/jonny-hendriks. His version of the original offers a forward-thinking dynamic, fusing contemplation with cosmic beats.
