-Quick introduction: 
In more and less distant pasts, I played in different hard-rock bands as a rhythm guitarist. I really enjoyed it. Today I have to admit that my aspiration for this activity seems to be over, nevertheless I'm still enthusiastic about the idea of composing.
Some examples of my musical aesthetics: Accept, Black Swan, Scorpions, Shakra, Saxon, Bloodbound, Dokken, Battle Beast, Y&T...

-My objective : 
I share my creations with a wide audience. This is for anyone who likes AOR/Hard-Rock/Heavy-Metal, for the curious and open-minded, for those who are looking for something different than hits from huge bands well known.

The Failed States is a creative project based in an aged care facility in the leafy suburb of Wantirna, Melbourne Australia. 

Initially a recreational outlet, allowing residents to express themselves through music, poetry and sitting still, The Failed States has since taken on a life of it own. 

Anguished songs about other residents' grandchildren being too loud at the table tennis table, or jeremiads of lukewarm, semi-set puddings were gradually replaced by powerful pieces about climate change, urban decay, relationship breakdown and missing dentures.

There are no permanent members of The Failed States, we live on, as age, petty rivalries, and forgetfulness takes us all.

The Failed States tries to perform in the common room on the second Tuesday of every month, after lunch.

Composer since 2008, I used to write music in about a hundred projects so far, classically trained professional musician, composition is for me a great source of joy, it is fascinating to be included in projects which require a beautiful collective energy, I hope that my music deposited here will allow me to share with you the enthusiasm that I put in creating them.
Komponist seit 2008, ich habe bisher in etwa hundert Projekten Musik geschrieben, klassisch ausgebildeter Berufsmusiker, Komposition ist für mich eine große Quelle der Freude, es ist faszinierend, in Projekte einbezogen zu werden, die eine schöne kollektive Energie erfordern, das hoffe ich meine hier hinterlegte Musik wird es mir ermöglichen, mit Ihnen die Begeisterung zu teilen, die ich in ihre Erstellung gesteckt habe.
