To research, and document the behaviour of patients claiming to have Musicosis.
Background:
Two siblings have come forward claiming to have a condition that is best described Musicosis Malady.
Congenital or Acquired:
Unclear at date of publishing.
Definition:
A continuous neurological procedure where all audible signals are arranged archived and recalled to form a constant soundtrack to ones entire life: conscious or unconscious state.
Signs and Symptoms:
A continous unpredictable musical composition heard constantly by the infected.
Meanders as a background or forefront process which could manifest as spontaneous motor signals to various anatomy to perform elements of this music, mainly percussive.
Can include vocal elements as a forefront process.
The need for one to regularly perform percussion/melodic exerts, such as spontaneous limb movements , manipulation of the larynx to perform this soundtrack.
External music which acts as a strong influence on this soundtrack is thoroughly studied and promoted relentlessly. This is especially true if it is avant-garde in its form or reveals suspicion that those who have produced it are communicating their musicosis.
Form bonds with those who believe and agree with their analysis of music and may judge people accordingly.
The music may be of a particular genre only.
Severity:
Variable with age and musical influence. May be a particular lyric or melody played as a solo or a complex multilayered composition. This, along with the speed of processing and metamorphosis through genres and tempo correlates with severity.

Incurable. Although severity can vary with time and mental function.
Management:
It is suggested producing or performing this music by any means will allow release therapy and self evaluation. The opportunity to share these compositions with loved ones and strangers alike will allow their perspective to be documented and understood
Prognosis:
Will continue throughout life, but it seems those that accept and channel the musicosis appropriately maintain sanity and lead normal lives.
