- T'es qui meuf ?

Hello, je m’appelle Sara (Karissa c’est mon deuxième prénom), je suis colombienne, mais je suis à Lyon depuis 5 ans. J’ai toujours été amoureuse de la musique, mais ce n'est qu'en arrivant à Lyon que j’ai développé une passion pour la musique électronique. Depuis, mes goûts musicaux ont évolué et aujourd’hui la techno, trance, breakbeat, Drum n bass, rnb, uk garage, reggaeton, afrobeat, grime et cumbia font partie de mes sets. 
Je ne pourrais pas définir mon style en un mot, je m’identifie avec plusieurs styles et je construis mes sets en fonction de mon mood !

- Des projets en cours ?

Je commence doucement à m’investir full dans la musique et j’espère que plus tard ça deviendra quelque chose de plus consistant. En ce moment, je veux continuer à faire évoluer mes sets, prendre les opportunités qui m’arrivent et m’améliorer à chaque fois.

- Quelles sont tes influences locales ?

Récemment, j’ai vu Subsism faire un set incroyable qui m’a vraiment donné envie de continuer en espérant arriver à son niveau un jour. Gboi c’est pareil, j’ai vu son set pour Hor, il a réussi à mélanger tous les styles que j’aime dans 1h de set et j’ai trouvé ça ouf. Les productions de Vel sont magiques et sur scène elle est juste trop forte, pareil que Maelita. Sinon côtés collectifs et organisateurs Furie, Maquissale et Everybody Trance, c’est tout ce que j’aime.

Après, c’est mon entourage qui m’inspire le plus. J’ai la chance d’être entourée de personnes incroyables avec qui je partage la même passion, tous avec des styles très différents; je pense notamment à Mimi Géniale, Dramax, Eden, Elsa, Lox, dsrptd, Penzer, Mastaï et Vadim Krey… mes amis quoi.

- Comment est-ce que tu aimerais voir évoluer la scène électronique locale ?

Aujourd’hui, c’est très cool de voir de plus en plus de femmes faire partie de la scène locale et ça c’est déjà une grande évolution. Peut-être des nouveaux concepts de soirées, ouvert à un public plus large, plus fun, je ne sais pas, j’ai l’impression que, malgré la diversité de la scène locale, tu fais vite le tour, ce sont toujours les mêmes endroits et on retrouve souvent les mêmes personnes. Je pense qu’il manque un lieu ou une soirée qui permet d’ouvrir les portes au public à des nouveaux styles.

Cybersex - Awakenings Spring Festival 2023

<<Julez combines honest beats and stimulating melodic parts to an energetic-spherical mood.  Their set is arranged on the Techno-Trance spectrum and definitely stimulates to move with sporty 150 BPM upwards.

Julez is part of @hyperlovecollective, next to @glitterbaexoxo , @slaymira and @djasstits . The four-member FlINTA*-DJ collective wants to serve as an empowering institution and connector in the queer cologne music scene - always ready to claim space in club culture and enter the stages with their genre-blending ass-shake tracks!>>

Together with our friends from Tranceportsoundsystems and MUCHA we hosted a Rave Against Repression at Autonomes Zentrum Köln.  Due to constant repression by state authorities and the persecution of the civil press against antifacists we showed solidarity by creating this event and donating the earnings of the night to Autonomes Zentrum itself, as well as „Ermittlungsausschuss Köln“, „Rote Hilfe Köln Leverkusen e.V.“ and one particular person being in an unjustified lawsuit.  Antifascism was, is and always will be necessary and no crime!

DJ Eurovox' eclectic style reflects his interest for a myriad of genres ranging from banging techno to speaker shaking bass to hypnotizing house music - boundaries do not exist. With the platform Neon Beige the young DJ and producer paints a colorful picture of the contemporary dance music scene with a focus on up and coming artists that are open to experiment with different electronic music styles.

Based in Cologne, Redfocks has been DJing for over 12 years, blending house and techno with touches of dub and hip-hop. A regular behind the decks at venues like Amp for Endstation Sehnsucht and Fusion Club, she’s a familiar face in the local scene.

She is also an active community organiser – a member of the Wir Schwestern collective and a founder of Qties, a space for collaboration and creativity among FLINTA* artists, with a focus on neurodivergent voices. Her sets are fluid and wide-ranging, always bringing something unexpected to the floor.

As an autistic person, Redfocks often finds it difficult to be in club environments and rarely feels relaxed enough to stay long. Playing her own sets provides a sense of safety and calm that’s hard to find elsewhere.
