Back in 2019, while I was working on my track Goopy with Andy Ammo, I originally had a different vibe going. But it just wasn’t matching the vision I had in mind. One day, while I was online looking for inspiration, I came across Please Oh Please Oh Please by Claude VonStroke one of my all time favorite artists. Claude is the backbone of the weirdness and funk in tech house that I’ve grown to love the most. As soon as I heard the repetitive vocal “PLEASE OH PLEASE OH PLEASE” I instantly knew it would sit perfectly with the first beat I had written for Goopy. After countless hours of writing, I ended up with one of my favorite bootlegs ever. I took the original Please Oh Please and gave it a whole new level of energy.

The first time I played it was on New Year’s Eve 2020 in Tampa, and the crowd response was incredible. I eventually sent it over to Dirtybird, and about a month later, I found out that Claude himself loved the remix. He started playing it in nearly all of his sets for at least three years. That still shocks me to this day. I’m beyond grateful that I was able to create something one of my favorite artists wanted to support. I hope you all enjoy it too.

It all started with a strange buzzing sound coming from the north of the island. At first, the locals thought it was just another seasonal insect migration, but no. It was Beatzma, arriving with his brand new single Lil Mamma, a Tech House track packed with so much energy that even the forest hives started vibrating to the beat. With a synth that mimics the hypnotic buzz of bees and percussion that keeps everyone moving, Beatzma delivers a track thats intense, fun, and full of personality. Lil Mamma is the kind of song that sticks in your head, becomes part of the islands soundtrack, and turns into an anthem around every night bonfire. But the surprises dont stop there: our longtime friend Danny Kolk shows up with a special remix, adding even more fire to the dancefloor. With his signature sound already well-known in Imagine Island, Kolk transforms the buzz into a true tribal call, summoning everyone to the center of the dance. If you hear a buzzing... dont run.
