The Funkee Wadd, born of an extraordinary man deemed Montgomery, and an angelic being by the name Of Mary-Helen, he has come to the western coast of British Columbia to bring one thing, and one thing only, Bass. With a focus on the funk and breaks, he is no stranger to elevating a dance floor with the likes of jungle, fist pumping electro, sexy jacking house, soulful bass music, the glitchiest of glitch hop and anything else that may cause a booty popping effect or head banging tendencies. The Funkee Wadd has had the privilege of sharing the stage with many acts such as The Funk Hunters, Stickybuds, Mat The Alien, JFB, Souls Of Mischief, Slynk, A Skillz, SkiiTour, Father Funk, WBBL, Featurecast, and many, many other talented individuals. For the past couple years, The Funkee Wadd headed to England to play the Ghetto Funk Shindig Weekender, as well as perform at many festivals around Alberta and BC, such as Centre Of Gravity, Electric Love Music Festival, Tall Tree Music Festival, Astral Harvest, Shambhala, Atmosphere, Cumberland Wild and many more. The Funkee Wadd and his golden(Steel) Harmonica are known for causing a dance floor to get all types of wiggly, and will always make sure you leave the floor weak in the knees and fiending for more. Filled with gratitude and a fierce spirit, this lady thrives on the deep basslines and floaty melodies. Music for Luna has always been a mood. An ever evolving, revolving cycle through different phases in life. Luna Deep was born from this. 

She has been selecting tunes for well over a decade, but beyond that - she studied performance art and dance for most of her life. With this - she guides the dance floor through waves of deep frequencies and radiant energy - weaving sound as ceremony. Her sets are an alchemy of melodic bass, soulful rhythm, and emotional depth, inviting listeners into a state of embodied awakening. 

Holding it down in Red Deer, AB with the local Glitter & Glow Festival events, she spreads her wings for Paradise Music Festival, The Womp & Wicked Woods -  bringing a different yet familiar energy to each performance. 

Luna Deep is about the journey: through phases, through genres, through sound.. and as we venture further into the depths, she strategically illuminates the path, moving you both inside and out.

Hailing from Kimberley, BC, Ninjette has maintained a presence in the Western Canadian electronic music scene for over a decade. Over the years she has earned her place as a performer at Motion Notion, Shambhala, FozzyFest, Vibrant, Wicked Woods, and a wide array of other reputable Canadian events, taking her place alongside top tier performers at every festival along the way. Her swift selections are a juxtaposition of deep, dark bass and playful melodies. While Ninjette is a longtime representative of the DNB Girls and is well known for her love affair with drum and bass, she is also a stealthy maestro of high energy bass house sounds with a particular affection for nostalgic remixes. This ninjette is sure to throw down a little something for everyone!
