“Aeska” or better known as Aleksandra Antonijevic is an aspiring DJ and Producer based in JHB, South Africa.

Her sound is mainly centered on a foundation of groovy and boisterous rhythms with fast frequencies and unique sonic oscillations. Her techno preference range is from 138-145BPM. 

Her sound is influenced by a few well known DJ’s and producers such as Marron, Terminus, Jeff Mills, Stef Mendesitis, Kaiser and others. She believes that music should be a journey, uniting the dance floor in intangible ways.

Born and raised in Kaunas, Lithuania, Deltuva has been developing his sound while traveling around the world. He was part of the extensive scene of Amsterdam where he gained a unique perception towards a more forceful type of sound, which he implements in his high-tempo sets. For a while now he has found his home in the capital of techno (Berlin)!

Deltuva is still involved with the Copenhagen based Pure Echo label that often throw their parties at Culture Box always presenting artists with a love for fast paced techno. A love you will also find in this mix for our Culture Box podcast series.

Step into the dynamic universe of techno and music, where my journey is an unfolding melody in the grand symphony. Not too far back, my father's gift of a Pioneer controller set the stage for an unexpected adventure. As I wove my first tracks together, an exhilarating sense of connection coursed through me, signaling the birth of something truly remarkable.

With music now at the forefront of my life, I dove headfirst into the sonic sea. Days turned into nights as I meticulously explored a multitude of tracks, meticulously arranging harmonies and constructing playlists tailored for my mixes. My exploration spanned diverse genres—from the pulsating cadence of house rhythms, the infectious allure of afro house melodies, and the introspective narratives of melodic techno, to the deep and contemplative landscapes of house music. Yet, it was the techno genre that struck the deepest chord within me, its high-octane beats and enigmatic tones resonating in a way that words could hardly capture.

Embracing the path fate had laid before me, I inaugurated "analogundergrnd," a haven of artistic expression. Within its embrace, authenticity takes center stage, and DJs are free to unleash their creativity without the confines of convention. It's a realm where people are encouraged to be themselves, unburdened by judgment, and where sonic architects can paint sonic tapestries unrestricted.

As I traverse this nascent chapter, I remain mindful of my status as a newcomer, a humble wanderer in this melodious landscape. Each track, every rhythm, serves as both guide and teacher, steering me through this immersive journey. With an unwavering resolve akin to a bassline's heartbeat, my aim is to carve an enduring legacy in my homeland's music narrative, an indelible imprint that resounds through time.
