Jovani Castellon is a singer, songwriter, pianist, and frontman of the band Paranoid. After 3 singles, an EP, and 3 albums, Jovani Castellon is coming out with a new project called "Uncharted Memories" containing re-recorded versions of his band's old songs "World of Lost Memories" and "Lost Time," which released as a single outside of the US, and is going to be his biggest hard rock album yet. This album will also contain new tracks such as "Break the Glass" and "Drowning Without You" and also previously unreleased Paranoid material, including two songs, that were never released, "Static" and "The Devil's Awakening."

...is an alternative grunge rock trio that emerged from the underground music scene with a raw and unapologetic sound that reverberated through the speakers and into the hearts of fans. 

Comprising gritty vocals and guitar riffs from frontman James Kennedy, thunderous basslines from Anthony Biondo, and powerhouse drumming by Matt Mustakas, the sauce is a sonic force to be reckoned with.


Formed against the backdrop of dimly lit clubs and the scent of rebellion, the sauce came together in 2010, fueled by a shared passion for the unfiltered, gritty aesthetic of grunge rock. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Nirvana, Foo Fighters,Blink 182 and The Pixies the trio set out to revive the raw intensity and emotional depth that defined the '90s grunge movement.


Their debut album, “Everything is Wonderful” was never released, until NOW! Recorded in an unknown location and unable to reproduce. It served as an auditory manifesto for the sauce's unbridled energy and unapologetic authenticity. Tracks like “Art “is Dead and “Dead Man Walking” will become anthems for a generation hungry for the cathartic release that grunge music offers. With James’ gravelly vocals delivering poignant lyrics from the depths of decrypted hard drive archives.

The band's live performances were nothing short of electric, creating an immersive experience for audiences. The Sauce's gigs became legendary for the palpable energy they brought to every venue, leaving fans both exhausted and exhilarated.
