Brothers Moving was born on the streets in and around Union Square, NYC in august of 2008. The band is the result of four young traveling musicians from Denmark, trying to make the travels cheaper by playing music for the passers by. Brothers Moving was made on no special concept or genre. We played our first show, without a set list of songs or even a band name.

Our setup is the result of playing in the streets, trying to be as energetic, versatile, mobile and simple as possible. The style is based on the blues, funk, folk, rock and soul music that we love. It is that pure and raw result of impulse and creativity that happens, when four guys pick up their instruments and start jamming.

We play music because it makes us happy and gives us energy. 
Our goal is to share that happiness and energy with you as a listener – So thanks for listening!
