Well, I finally have a PC that's fast enough do this stuff properly -- everything you hear is in one project, and they're all .FLAC -- It kind of makes sense to build up from scratch.  Like a second draft.

Obviously, I'm not finished with the arrangement, I'm just really excited that I can finally put all of these high-quality audio tracks into a single project file.

So I'm focusing on the drums/fx tracks -- just to make sure they're all in time with each other and layered up, with natural dynamics and enough variety to keep interest for five minutes.

Decay and https://soundcloud.com/zakaria-ahmed (Simple Automaton) have done a remix of Linkin Park's "Guilty All The Same" (from their forthcoming album "The Hunting Party"), as part of the Monthly Mix-Up contest, held by Linkin Park Association.

On the process of making the remix:

Over time, the remix became more and more agressive. Immediately, we knew this was the direction we were meant to go in. We had a lot of fun and we hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did producing it!"

After 3 years I decided to re-record an old demo. It has a lot more structure now! Check it out! The old demo can be found on my YouTube channel.
First it was just an intro because i didn't have the equipment to do original full tracks. Now i was finally able to do it. This instrumental is designed to have lyrics as well as sounding great without.
