Our 45 series we go arround until the Canary Islands to meet Nahuel, also knowned as Mesh Convergence . Appreciating a broad range of genres from the more mental and hypnotic 4/4 through complex industrials breaks to devastating raw techno, he builds his spontaneous but linear dj sets.
About his work we highlight the EP released at Diffuse Reality , " I Wish You Were Here" released on Bahn Records.

Audio Magnitude Podcast Series #45 Mesh Convergence

Born and bred in the suburbs of Stockholm, @lakej(Filip Ström) comes from a background in visual arts and graphic design. After many years in this field and some life changing experiences, he felt the need to move on to a more abstract medium. Already being fascinated by electronic music and techno in particular, the dive into production and hardware came natural. 

With a huge love for details and rhythmic structures his music has evolved into an introspective, futuristic and yet timeless sound. With intricate textures, atmospheres and deep driving rhythms his music invites you to be swept away into hypnotic states, both in comfort of your own listening space as well as on the dance floor. 

After debuting on the scene in 2017 with a full length EP on Adriana Lopez label Grey Report, his output has been steady with tracks for different VA releases and remixes on various labels as well as more recurring releases with 2 full length albums in 2021 on Semantica Records and Edit Select.

Immersive, profound, and ritualistic is what succintly describes our next podcast episode courtesy of Semantica's founder, SVRECA. Without a doubt, every single set from him is unique and carries a degree of texture and richness that is just truly unrivaled. Rightly so, his label (a mixture of IDM, techno, and electronica in its 8th year run) has amassed and released one of the best electronic music catalogues out there. Mod21 is the project of Manuele Chiaravalloti, an italian electronic music producer and experimental sound artist. Born in Satriano, Italy, his musical journey began in 2007 when he moved to Switzerland. Here, after 7 years of musical research, produces his first two works released on the Munich based label Prologue. His music emerges from a deep and rich imagination which flows into sounds dark and slippery that seem to be born in the bowels of a parallel world to ours. Browsing increasingly abstract concepts of sound, carefully processed , the result is a particular footprint easily recognizable.
