After moving to Berlin in the mid 90’s, Michael Vater a.k.a Phonique was on the go like few others in Berlin. His successful parties and club nights got much love and payed him the way to become one of the nice guys in Berlin’s nightlife. First he only organized parties, after a while he started to DJ himself: "DJ Phonqiue" was born. Already being recognized internationally as one of the leading forces behind deep and forward thinking club music and commercial productions alike, this one will take it to the next level.

Hamburg / Germany based DJ and producer duo Kruse & Nuernberg have created some of the most interesting deep house around in the past few years, with early highlights including their 'Lovers 'n Fighters' EP on Noir Music or their remix on Om Records for Groove Armada and only recently their EP on Liebe*Detail 'Daze Without You' EP with a great success on Resident Advisor and Beatport just to name a few...

So far, 2012 has been the most successful year for Nhan Solo´s still young career as a DJ. With gigs all over Europe (Istanbul, Amsterdam, Zurich, Oslo, Copenhagen, Lyon, Berlin etc.) and 2 personal Beatport Top 10 hits ("Easy" & "Friends") which received massive support by Solomun, Soul Clap, Jozif, Dyed Soundorom, Adana Twins, DJ T....

For starters, he´s in middle of preparing his first album release for 2013. With line up tours for Australia, North- and South America, he´s about to bring his compelling sound to clubs outside Europe for the first time. "Easy" will be released on a number of well-known compilation series such as Ministry of Sound and the 1 Year Birthday Compilation of his own label Mother Recordins is in the making as well.

Rey & Kjavik is the brainchild of Magnús Rey and Ísak Kjavik. Two guys from the middle of fuckin' nowhere, which choose to stay anonymous. Re:Fresh 69: MOOSEFLY

I wrote ‘Joy’ as an expression of gratitude to the people I love; my girlfriend, family, and friends. They’ve been by my side through the coldest and darkest moments; through my grief. My last single, ‘Better days’ represented the transition out of winter into spring. ‘Joy’ represents the summer, a time to share happiness with the people I care about the most. They are my Joy.

Vintage Culture - SOTRACKBOA @ Podcast # 018

For many years Re:Fresh Your Mind (R|Y|M) has been a pillar of subcultural development in the Rhine-Main area and on a national level mainly focusing on event organization. Though the events have expended lately not only in Frankfurt but also on a national level due to its musical diversity and generally speaking because of its openness towards changes in the scene.  Understandably Re:Fresh Your Mind is conceived as a platform for a subcultural exchange between artists and music lovers initiated by SKAI and his Re:Fresh family, which include a few well respected DJs. With the label-launch of R|Y|M Records earlier this year Re:Fresh Your Mind-basis enhanced its reputation in the scene and takes another step in its development. Therefore, Frankfurt based SKAI teamed up with Gorge, who is well respected for his solo-productions and of course his works with Nick Curly. You never know what to expect next, but be sure it won't be anything you can be certain about when talking about R|Y|M - Re:Fresh Your Mind.
