Bastian Lehnert is our super friend from Austria.
The Salzburg based DJ and producer has played many times at our events in the past and we hope we can have a reunion soon.

R|Y|M Podcast: Bastian Lehnert (May 2020)

Born in Romania, Yonut developed his love for music at a very early stage . He started in the entertainment industry as a dance performer, dancing in several dance/fashionshows and, battles all over Romania. 

       While going through  competitions  and performing, he discovered his passion for underground urban culture, music, and expression through dance. Yonut organised workshops and also worked as a choreographer for many artists of his own country.  Being in an environment where everybody feels free to express themselves through dance and motivated en stimulated by people who enjoyed his ideas and style he was able to build up a positive community around him. 

        Coming to the Nederlands he found his new challenge and became a DJ. In 2016 he became a student in Amsterdam. After two years of dj lessons with excellent mentors, Yonut updated himself with the new skils of mixing and became a proffessional DJ. 2019 he started with the first classes of music production and in 2020 he studied music production and sound enginering at the Abbey Road Institute in Amsterdam. 

        His sound is a mix of driving deep house to house and techno, combined with tribal and underground elements. His music is a statement of passion & ability that sets the dancefloor on fire, creating an energy that captivates, thrills and gives positive energy. Yonut appeared in line-ups of important clubs/festivals with artists such as Dimitri, Michel de hey, Industrialyzer, Emerson, Monika Kroes, Alexi Delano and more. His excellent DJ sets have provided him with a respected name in the scene.

For many years Re:Fresh Your Mind (R|Y|M) has been a pillar of subcultural development in the Rhine-Main area and on a national level mainly focusing on event organization. Though the events have expended lately not only in Frankfurt but also on a national level due to its musical diversity and generally speaking because of its openness towards changes in the scene.  Understandably Re:Fresh Your Mind is conceived as a platform for a subcultural exchange between artists and music lovers initiated by SKAI and his Re:Fresh family, which include a few well respected DJs. With the label-launch of R|Y|M Records earlier this year Re:Fresh Your Mind-basis enhanced its reputation in the scene and takes another step in its development. Therefore, Frankfurt based SKAI teamed up with Gorge, who is well respected for his solo-productions and of course his works with Nick Curly. You never know what to expect next, but be sure it won't be anything you can be certain about when talking about R|Y|M - Re:Fresh Your Mind.
