Salut tout le monde.  Voici mon dernier mix orienté indie-dance avec des pointes d'acid musique. Cela fait plusieurs années que je n'ai plus rien publié même si la passion est plus que jamais présente. Je suis assez content de ce mix qui représente bien un des styles que j'apprécie l'indie dance. C'est un mélange de sons plus actuels et l'un ou l'autre son plus classique que j'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rejouer. J'espère que tu en prendras autant que moi lorsque j'ai mixé ce set. Bonne écoute, profite en et n'hésite pas à commenter.

Here is my latest mix, leaning towards indie-dance with hints of acid music. It's been several years since I've published anything, even though the passion is more present than ever. I'm quite pleased with this mix, which well represents one of the styles I enjoy—indie dance. It's a blend of more current sounds and the occasional classic, which I had a lot of fun playing again. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did when I mixed this set. Happy listening, enjoy and feel free to comment !

Voici le Warm Up que j'ai réalisé lors de Concert Electronique, soirée durant laquelle j'ai partagé l'affiche avec Monsieur Marc Romboy ! 
J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à mixer ces 2 heures car poser une ambiance, transmettre de l'émotion, faire voyage et faire monter progressivement l'ambiance est un exercice que j'apprécie. Cela me permet aussi de jouer des tracks différents de d'habitude. Ici le mix oscille entre deephouse, afrohouse, melodic house et melodic techno.
Il y a quelques petites approximations mais c'est la magie du mix à l'ancienne :-)

Here is the Warm Up that I did during "Concert Electronic", an event where I shared the stage with Mr. Marc Romboy! I had a lot of fun mixing these 2 hours because creating an atmosphere, conveying emotion, taking the audience on a journey, and gradually building up the vibe is an exercise I enjoy. It also allows me to play different tracks than usual. In this mix, I move between deep house, afro house, melodic house, and melodic techno. There are a few small approximations, but that's the magic of old-school mixing :-)

➜ About Iván Øliveira

Iván Øliveira was born in the late 70s in an industrial city in the northwest of Spain, Vigo.

In the early 90s he began compulsively collecting music. Cassettes, CDs, Vinyls and later in digital format. The "Golden Era" of Rap in the 90s formed a base from which it has never been able to detach itself. Through the Bristol sound of the mid-90s(Ninja Tune), the Jungle of artists like "Rebel Mc" or the Drum and Bass of labels like "True Playaz" , it fully enters into a more electronic sound.

In 2001 he began his career as a DJ in different clubs in his hometown, with a sound mainly focused on House. In 2006, together with a group of people with similar interests and residents in Galicia, he launched the "Parafuso" netlabel, which was dedicated to publishing music by this group of artists with some guests.

After a long period away from the public scene, in 2023 he returns to publishing references with labels such as "Space of Variants", "Apnea" and some other labels to come. This time their sound is focused mainly on Dub Techno.

A key figure on the electronic scene, Kiko has been delighting fans of electronic music for two decades. The adventure began in the 1990s in Grenoble, where Kiko made numerous collaborations on labels such as Goodlife and Ozone records with French and international artists including The Hacker, Oxia and Miss Kittin.

His eclectic discography blends melodic techno and indie dance and includes a number of hits: the French Touch hit "World Cup", released in 1998, "Beautiful Place", ranked by Mix Mag in the top 10 most-played tracks at Coachella in 2015, and "Living in Space", produced with Dave Davis in collaboration with Phoebe Killdeer, lead singer of The Avener. He has even collaborated with David Guetta under his alias Jack back.

Backed by some of the biggest names on the global electro scene (Tale Of Us, Solomun, ...), he has released a string of tracks on the most prestigious labels: Afterlife, Diynamic, Watergate , Stil vor Talent , Bedrock and Bodello A Parigi!

Previous modifications have unlocked a gate to the device's digital soul. 

Its rewired circuits, once sputtering with analog chaos, now flicker with a cold, algorithmic glow, as if the machine is translating the unknown numerically.

Two mirrored figures take shape within the datastream - human outlines, cascading code. 

Ghosts of the datascape, they manipulate glitch-ridden data and corrupted files and transform them in rhythm.

After Bardia Salour and his parents had to leave Iran in the late 70s, they found themselves in Germany, as the German authorities were the first to accept their visa applications. Bardia grew up in Hamburg, where he developed a deep passion for electronic music during the 80s, being influenced by iconic artists such as Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, Brian Eno and Giorgio Moroder. Since 2001, he has been involved in various events and projects in his beloved city of Hamburg. 

Bardia explored his love for electronic music as a promoter, organizing his electroart & Dance For Fans nights at Hamburg's renowned clubs, including Waagenbau, Uebel & Gefährlich, and EGO. Through these events, he had the opportunity to book huge acts, establishing himself in the local music scene. As a DJ, Bardia is known for his dynamic sets, showcasing his appreciation for the expression of the underground electronic movement. Over the years, he has played at numerous esteemed clubs and warehouses, not only within Hamburg but also beyond its boundaries. 

Bardia's musical style is characterized by a distinctive dark, dub-influenced sound, blending elements of house and techno. His music captures the essence and energy of club culture, providing an intense and immersive sonic experience for those who appreciate profound depth in sound. In 2010, Bardia took a significant step by venturing into music production. He initially collaborated with the project Seidensticker & Salour, releasing tracks on respected labels like VISIONQUEST, Einmaleins Musik, FormResonance, MASOMENOS, and WIR/Treibstoff. 

Currently, he concentrates mainly on his solo productions, continuously honing his unique approach to electronic music. Gigs at many notable clubs and venues among others like: Flex (Vienna), Zukunft (Zürich), ELVIS! (Thessaloniki), Watergate (B), Katerholzig (B), Tresor (B), Salon Zur Wilden Renate (B), Sisyphos (B), KaterBlau (B), Culture Box (Copenhagen), Ritter Butzke (B), Chalet (B), Baby Boa (Geneva), Frame House (Verona), Heinz Gaul (Köln), Tanzhaus West (Frankfurt), The Gärten (Beirut).

Hi there, I am Refunked (former FunkyBe) from Chimay in Belgium. I enjoy listening to many kind of musical styles but what I love to mix is electronic music, especially house & techno. I started mixing in 2005 with two turntables and since them I enjoy playing vinyls. Next to that I made the choice to also mix mp3 but in form of serato in order to keep the vinyl feeling. I post mixes on a regular basis, they are called "Les sessions funky" and are sometimes more housy, sometimes more techno minded. Feel free to leave a comment on my mixes! Enjoy ;)
