This was planned to be a small Party to celebrate my Wife's (Alice) 40th birthday, we wanted to something a little different to our normal Mumbo Jumbo nights in Stroud, so we stared to look for an alternative venue. We found this in the form of a fantastic pub/club in Gloucester called Cafe Rene. I then thought i may as well ask Simon and Pete if they would come and play for us, They agreed and in the usual DiY fashion a fantastic night followed. It turned out to be the best night we have put on in quite some years. So thanks must go to Simon and Pete for making the night very special.
As it happened, the only night the venue had available was 22nd of November, which just so happens to be the real date of DiYs 25th birthday. So it was bound to be special.
