"I heard long while ago Karl Alvar's "Sheeps Go Bahh" tune and it cracked the living crap out of me! I took a shot and asked if I could remix it and he sent me the stems almost right away. Now I have been playing the original and my remix for years with incredible reception and ID requests of it. Then I heard my good friend Chick Iverson remixed it as well and EMUH wanted to join in the fun. Releasing it on Platypus Trax was inevitable."

Ian Allen is a DJ/Producer born & raised in Miami, Florida USA. He is no stranger to the Electronic Music Scene. After releasing multiple genres of music under various monikers, Ian has been inspired to focus solely on House Music. Whether it’s Afro, Minimal, Disco, Latin, Deep or Tech House. Ian’s intention is to create a versatile artistic brand capable of expanding across all aspects of music that intrigue him. 

Growing up in the melting pot city of Miami, Ian has been surrounded by different cultures which reflect in his music as well. His most popular song to date, Bangalore Bounce, has been embraced by the country of India for its blend of traditional Indian music with modern Tech House style. Reaching over 2.4 million streams on Spotify, and 10 million total streams across all streaming & social media platforms. This song is an example of the bright future ahead for Ian Allen.
