Bob Salmond aka Mr. BC fairly well-known to all lovers of chug slomo electronic music. with over than 10 releases in different labels, he can rightly be considered a veteran in the electronic scene.

Now he is back to his home label Madrid based Logical Records, with new Kalma EP, which contains two original tracks + remixes of San Sebastian's duo The Two Mamarachos and Welsh's master The Long Champs.
So we was more than happy when we've been asked by our friends from Logical, to do a exclusive premiere of The Two Mamarachos remix - over seven minutes beautiful slomo journey which reminiscent music from the good old westerns. Enjoy

PREMIERE | Mr. BC - Katla (The Two Mamarachos Remix) Logical Records 2017

Julian Grefe is the creative force behind Pink Skull (Beachcoma, RVNG, My Favorit Robot, Days of Being Wild) and long standing ambient project Clean Plate (RVNG, Metal Postcards).
He makes his debut on Areal Records, stripping it all down to synths only and transforming his live percussion work into two propulsive polyrhythmic numbers.
The title track Nil is a Fm Bell workout that slowly evolves to an ethereal conclusion, whilst LogOn/LogOff is a tough, earthier stomp to save for later in the evening.
A marvelous remix of Nil by Yapacc concludes this release.

Sinchi & Friends 45 invites @Buran_uk from Manchester.  The duo has made quite a name for themselves in the last year with some excellent productions on the likes of Night Noise, Det Sync and Roam alongside Heretic.  We're big fans of their sound and reckon they're one of the hottest upcoming producers to keep an eye on. Get to know them a little more below...

1) Who are you?

We are Ian and Joe, we work together under the name Buran. We’ve been producing music together for years including some commercial stuff and another project. 

2) What have been your highlights from the last 12 months?

We have had an interesting 12 months – we were house mates for many years and had pretty serious studio in the house. This year we have finally stopped living together and so have split the studio and gear down the middle taking a dedicated setup each and bouncing elements back and forth. It’s been a learning experience but very positive over all. Musically we have been working with Timothy ‘Heretic’ Clerkin a bit and that has been mega fun too. We’ve also recently bought some more Elektron gear, that is proving really inspirational which is good because we can’t afford to eat now. 

3) What do you have lined up for the coming year?

Out next release ‘Grid Squares’ is due on Night Noise in early September – we’ve got a huge remix from Oli Warriner on there so we are mega excited about that. Beyond that release we have a couple of bits coming up – we are sort of sitting on some really groovy minimal / progressive stuff. That’s an EP we will be finding a home for soon we hope... We also have more stuff with Timothy Clerkin currently underway – that is going to be good. Finally, we are working on a very analogue, hardware based EP which we are writing using the latest iteration of our live rig – expect to hear some of that soon – we’ve only restarted it about 3 times which is good for us.

Fresh from providing Futureboogie’s pivotal 50th release back in March, Christophe leads the charge on the label’s annual Summer Riot compilation EP, now on its sixth installment.  On “West Side Critters”, a bold and brooding kick drum that the early acid pioneers would be proud of, tethers a malleable acid bassline to its stable pattern, whilst incessant cow bells, distant tom hits and metallic piano chords pep up the production for another class track from Christophe. The Mexican duo, Zombies In Miami, have impressed for labels like Love On The Rocks and Correspondent over the years, and bring their own brand of spiritual dance to the Summer Riot party.  A collage of colour erupts on “The Legends Of The Hidden Temple” premiered here, with sitars, guitars, vocals and synths all weaving their magic over a chugging house beat with a bubbling acid underbelly. Formerly one half of previous FBR recording artists, Lizards, Lee Forster teams up with Ollie Warriner (Tunnyl Records) for a their new Forriner project, contributing the excellent “Spero” to the comp. Warming pads glide over lazy percussive beats, as a piano motif holds the breakdown before kickstarting the track to its glorious groovy finale. Bringing the Summer Riot VI to a cosmically charged ending, Yuki Tosaya channels the spirits of 1990’s ambient house in a superb track titled “Acid Dawn Breaks”.  Chugging, transcendental house at its finest, Tosaya teases 303s, piano riffs and cascading synths in a production that will no doubt see the break of dawn at many gatherings for a good while to come.

We are proud to present you already our next release. For this release we got Gabriel Ananda making his come back on our label.

Gabriel Ananda has had releases on major labels like Traum, Treibstoff, Suara and his very own Soulful Techno label. As he is also one of the residents of the main Click events, it is for us more then natural to have him working with our label on a regular basis. With this track Gabriel Ananda is delivering already his 5th release for on Click Records. 

On remix duty we have Click founder and co-label owner Stefano Richetta back on the label. Gabriel Ananda is a big source of inspiration for Stefano Richetta. De combination of Techno with those warm emotional melodic vibes is what Stefano Richetta loves on the dancefloor. Stefano Richetta was one of the first Dutch promotors to book Gabriel Ananda for his events and never stopped booking him. Nowdays he is a truly Click event resident and part of the Click and label familiy. Gabriel Ananda was also the person who released our first ever EP 3 years ago. Nowdays Stefano Richetta and Gabriel Ananda are good friends and are even a dj duo for b2b gigs on special occasions. 'Schnee' is Stefano Richetta's favorite track from Gabriel Ananda to date and this made him even more motivated to give this one a good treat.

@regithrec are back with a debut from  @mister-bc - 'Parted from our bodies'.  Leeds based Mr BC has built a great back catalogue with releases on Nein, Logical, Tici Taci, Ombra International, Roam Recordings to name just a few and now adds Regith to his impressive resume.

Remixes on the release come from K-Effect, Otheo & @The-Long-Champs. It was pretty hard to pick a favourite which is a compliment to all involved. The Long Champs rework just about edging it.
