well. I guess this is it. idk how to really type this but I'm doing this for myself, because I know most people won't read this and this song won't do numbers anyways, but I'm officially retiring from this project.

I started rapping over 3 years ago after producing beats for 3 years before that. It was something I was super passionate about, I loved creating music and I loved being in the group I was in with someone I considered like a brother. I loved everyone I met along the way, the people who I made all of those found memories with. But the last year I just haven't been able to create, and I see no need in trying. I've all but retired already, I'm just doing it formally. I made this song a year ago, but I want it to be heard before I stop. My friend made this beat for me, and I had to make something with it. When I recorded this, I was in a dark time, I don't think the lyrics are necessarily good, but I think with all the emotion I was feeling, and what it meant to me, and how beautiful this beat is, it's one of my favorite things I made, so I just want to release this as a good bye.

Thank you to everyone who followed me on this journey. Thank you to everyone who helped me live out a dream, who got me my first bookings, who played on my first shows that I booked, who traveled with me, who made and created art with me. I know we don't talk anymore, but thank you Cameron for being my brother for those years, in every thing we went through out side of music, and everything we went through in music. All those long nights we spent making sure we finished albums, doing our shows together, everything I couldn't have done it without you. I love every single one of you, from those of the couple I still talk to, to those who've even drifted away. My time making music was the best time I've ever had in my life and I wouldn't trade it for anything. and especially, especially especially REST IN FUCKIN PEACE MICHAEL AKA YUNGMXNN. I'm so so so fucking sorry we never got to do another show again man.
I admit that I may come back, I'm still going to make music in different avenues with different projects, I may make rap again, this may not be permanent. But, for now it is indeed. Goodbye
