Please Rewind My Heart is a 14-track glitch pop beat tape from Yoru, blending retro VHS aesthetics with emotional electronic textures to create a nostalgic, chaotic, and hauntingly beautiful soundscape. This instrumental project plays like a half-erased love letter captured on a worn-out cassette—melodies skipping, tape hissing, and memories bleeding through the static.

Each track drips with analog soul: from “tracking adjust” and its stuttering intro energy, to “this tape ends here,” a fragile closer that sounds like a love story warping to an end. Yoru weaves together dreamy synths, lo-fi drums, bitcrushed melodies, and corrupted textures that feel both futuristic and forgotten. Whether it’s the pixelated longing of “you looked pixelated that day” or the tear-soaked distortion in “slow bleed on screen,” the tape captures emotional vulnerability through broken media.

With its mixture of glitch pop, chillwave, ambient lo-fi, and Y2K-era tape textures, Please Rewind My Heart fits perfectly into playlists focused on nostalgia, soft electronic vibes, experimental pop, and late-night introspection.
