This is a calming sound that will help you fall asleep quickly. Green noise, which sounds like a fan, is a variation of white noise. It features many of the same sound frequencies that occur in the natural world, such as from a river, waterfall or wind. For that reason, this white noise variation is a very relaxing sound to help you sleep all night long.

Green noise also does an excellent job of sound masking, so that you are not disturbed by distracting noises. Because of its sound masking characteristic, it makes for a great study sound. Power through studying, homework, essay writing or other school tasks.
