Having produced countless label favourites over recent years, Matt Lange makes a much-anticipated return to Anjunadeep with the double a-side outing of "Way You Know" (feat. Tania Zygar) and "Only You".

Featuring on James Grant's "Anjunadeep 05" mix, the dark and dreamy "Way You Know" blends a deep, drum & bass-influenced approach to sub bass with complex, washing melodies and Tania Zygar's haunting, ethereal vocals. Gradually unfurling to a hypnotic climax with striking pianos, "Way You Know" is another complex gem from the Berklee graduate.

Initially beginning in a more reflective mood with melancholic pianos and organic breakbeats, "Only You" quickly ups the tempo with a chugging tech groove. Again playing heavily on emotion, atmosphere and sonic detailing, "Only You" was a standout track on Jody Wisternoff's "Anjunadeep 05" mix - making Matt one of only two artists to feature original productions on both mixes of the #1 iTunes Dance compilation.

Bastian Salbart is back and hits 2014 with his brand new EP on High Contrast Recordings/Be Yourself Music. And again he is killing two birds with one stone by delivering two powerful weapons inside one package. Both, „Can People Fly” and „Yes We Can”, when listened quietly, are perfect gateways to run away from reality for a while, but just try turning up the volume a little bit, and you have perfect tools you could even do demolitions with, when having proper soundsystem. „Can People Fly” begins impetuously, grabs your neck and starts shaking, trying to desperately get the answer to posed question. It releases its grip only after the last beat. Then „Yes We Can” comes in, begins gently and lets you breath freely while sitting next to you, because everyone knows the answer already. The newly born hero from Poland, Bastian Salbart, is on his perfect way to establish his position as one of these producers who never fail. Expect more great material in the following months.

Competition was stiff, standard of entries was exceptionally high but in the end Jallen's remix stood out and was the favourite of both Matt and our A&R team, delicately balancing new and original elements, whilst taking things in a different direction.

Won the meet and greet for Aly & Fila at ExchangeLA the night before #FSOE400USA. At the end of Fadi's set, he went out to take pictures with everyone. I checked my phone and realized that, that night was the 1 year anniversary of when they first revealed the ID that became Nubia. I told Fadi and he, knowing how much I love their collaboration with Ferry Tayle, asked Ferry, who was standing in the back, to play his intro mix of Nubia for me at FSOE400USA. Drove up to San Jose right after their ExchangeLA show (a 4.5 hour drive) and was ECSTATIC that Ferry followed up on his promise at FSOE. So appreciative of that fact, no words can describe that moment. Thank you Fadi & Ferry for this amazing track, and thank you Ferry for this amazing mashup!
