Beloved for their combination of groove and melody, NuFects return to Clubsonica for their much-anticipated debut EP. Conceptualized in 2013, Colombian artists Alejo Cortes and Carlos Lopez aka NuFects decided to undertake a project full of energy, joy, colour and intrigue. They started producing progressive and organic house under the name NuFects, quickly earning recognition from Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Cid Inc, along with very important local talents Dabeat, Gux Jimenez and Kamilo Sanclemente. Also finding a place in the more melodic uptempo realms of the genre, legends Paul Oakenfold and Solarstone became NuFects supporters, playlisting their music and making the duo a legit crossover act. Having made their Clubsonica debut in 2013 with a remix of 'The Red Knot' by Symmetry Obs, Nufects now makes a welcome return to the label for their debut EP 'Wild | Sordina', alongside remixes from Juan Deminicis and Sebastian Sellares.

Returning to the label and providing the lone interpretation of 'Wild' is Juan Deminicis. As a favourite of progressive music's top tastemakers in Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Guy J, the Argentinean artist has released on some of the genre's finest imprints over the course of his now fifteen year career. Hoomidas, Lost and Found, Replug, Souksonic and Sudbeat Music have all been regular landing spots for the talented Buenos Aires resident. Also a highly regarded DJ, Juan has programmed music for some of his country's trendiest venues, in turn sharing the stage with 16 Bit Lolitas, D-Nox, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Jody Wisternoff and Roy Rosenfeld. With three remixes for the label across the last five calendar years, Juan makes a welcome return to Clubsonica, taking 'Wild' into deeper territory. Rather than burst into a dancefloor whirlwind or electronic symphony, Juan's interpretation evokes its emotions through slow burn repetition, dodging expectations and emphasizing its conceptual charm, painting idyllic scenes of solitude, as hypnagogic motifs unveil a semi-conscious dreamland, before the Argentine's progressive attitude reveals itself during a second act of driving grooves, haunting atmospheres and cosmic effects.

Serious Dancers  return to Univack one year after their successful first release on this label, titled 'Sabase Pahale'. Serious Dancers are ones of the most representative names in the Organic House music scene nowadays. This time they show a track closer to Progressive House, but still loyal to their particular style, characterized by solid beats, hypnotic and evocative melodies, and cinematic  elements.

The EP is completed by the awesome remix from the most representative DJ in the worldwide Progressive House scene for the last two decades, el maestro Hernan Cattaneo, in collaboration with the also experienced DJ & producer Simply City. This remix is the second release of both artists on Univack, and another evidence of their perfect symbiosis when they make music together.

The latest edition of our free download series finds Ezequiel Arias returning for his second appearance. Hailing from Cordoba, the Argentinean artist has grown into one of his country’s most prodigious progressive house talents. Upon making his debut in 2013, Ezequiel became a favourite of both Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren. Subsequent releases on Plattenbank, Replug, Sudbeat and The Soundgarden followed shortly thereafter and cemented the Argentine’s place amongst the progressive house elite. Ezequiel made his debut on our free download series with the well received ‘2AM’. Written in conjunction with fellow countryman and Sudbeat artists Interaxxis the track featured heavily in the sets of progressive house tastemakers Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J, Guy Mantzur and Sahar Z. Now returning for his second appearance Ezequiel unveils his much sought after ‘Private’ remix of Michael A’s ‘Ciklus One’. Originally released on Proton, Ezequiel’s interpretation has been shrouded in mystery after being aired in Hernan’s sets for the better part of a year.
