Dewayne parker a.k.a CHASE was born in 
Gary Indiana december 6, 1984. Growing up was hard for him as a youngster moving from house to house on walfare and watching his mother go to school and work at 5 in the morning to provide for him an his little sister. He began rapping at the age 11 with his cousins just playing around recording on his moms casette player. 
His passion for music was solid by the age of 18 and CHASE began putting out mixtapes non stop. known for his remake of Juveniles 2004 UTP album the Nolia clap, CHASE put his own twist to it called the Gary clap. The response was good and the song got around quickly in clubs and different parts of indiana without any promotion and was leaked, hearing the word around town CHASE feed off his responses as motivation and seeing that the music business was his way of putting out what he felt as a relieve of the things he was going thru and people listened to what the young mc had to say. At 19 he began making his own beats 
off fruity loops and performed at Skate World and IUN with friends 
from the neighborhood,he later formed a group called Man-Up consists of 6 people including him,his little sister and cousins 
putting out 2 mixtapes. knowing little about marketing and promotion the group then split and went seperate ways in 06. 
CHASE then went to atlanta and try to make a way on his own and put out the mixtape "IM On Fire Vol.1" and got good response 
but again knowing little about the industry set him back,so he learned and progressed over the years and now 2017 CHASE is ready to come out harder than ever this year and preparing for an album in the summer.This creative artist will give all hes got to break-thru the industry and determine to do so he will prove it releasing a series of mixtapes.
