Terrell (Rell P) Palmer was born in Oakland, California and raised in north Sacramento, California. His natural affinity and talent for music was apparent at an early age, and since the sixth grade he has been polishing the same musical talent which has undoubtedly shaped him into the gifted lyricist he is today.
