A modern musician who combines different genres and styles in his work, such as electronics, ambient, dub. The nickname is R.Hz, which means “hertz” - a unit of sound frequency. R.Hz is known for his experimental and atmospheric compositions that give the listener the feeling of being immersed in another world. His music is inspired by nature, space, philosophy and poetry. He also collaborates with other musicians and artists. R.Hz continues to experiment with sound and explore new horizons of musical art. Roman founded his own digital label Polysphere.

July’s Verdant Session is another mixed bag of solid beats on the deeper end of the techno and electro spectrum with old tunes still sounding fresh next some picks of the last months releases.   Emotive breaks from Sound Synthesis (Distant Worlds)  Mike Schommer introducing some squelchy basslines into a fine remix of StillHead on the Primary Colours, melodic and cascading layers of breaks from Kangding Ray just out on Spazio Disponibile and chunky dubby vibes from both Merv, Jamie Anderson with Owain K with their recent releases on Kontakt and Were Going Deep respectively.    A lot of love  also here for John Beltran’s new acid flecked EP on Under The Radar.
