Ever since hearing the song ‘Strange World (2000 Remake)’ by Push back in ‘07, Yuri knew where his destiny lied; behind two CDJ’s and mixer, in front of a lively audience. His humble beginnings of mixing on a computer program with no audio controller began to bear fruit and soon he was recording mixes that made people take notice. With some help and guiding words by one of Trinidad & Tobago’s forefront E.D.M. DJ’s, digit@l buddha, Yuri gained experience on a midi controller and learnt the fundamentals of djing and soon enough, the young ‘padawan’ was at home in front of crowd.' His style covers a range of E.D.M. genres; Tech Trance, Progressive House and Minimal Tech. 

Over the past 6 months, Yuri has been working the local E.D.M. scene and is an active part of the awakening EDM movement in Trinidad & Tobago, and the Caribbean by extension. With influences like Paul Van Dyk, Cosmic Gate, Markus Schulz, Matt Darey and Gareth Emery, Yuri is following the path of the DJ/Producer. With his mind set on playing for larger audiences, producing his own material and working with other outstanding artistes, Yuri is headed towards a bright future that is as limitless as the sky.

Kareem Mohamed aka KMZ  Egyptian DJ Based in Dubai, who got into the scene after a life-long passion for music.
