'We have been keeping an eye on the skills of Mattia Pompeo for several years and we can say now that he has changed his status from promising to proven talent. He’s back with three powerful original tracks and a huge AFFKT remix, and altogether create this Arctic Circle EP.

Mattia comes with some fresh air from the North to refresh the heat of this summer ’18. On ‘Circle’ we find a hypnotic leitmotiv along a vibrant bass and some analog percussion. All the story is completed by an amazing guitar with an eighties touch. Sincopat’s captain AFFKT offers a different vision of the track providing a super groovy rhythm plus a second thick synth to the cocktail. With ‘Blanc’ you will get a splendid bubbling bass and just a few elements properly placed to get the best on the dance floor. For ‘Arctic’ Mattia develops a new line of treatment focusing on a new monster bass that will surround everything at the dance floor. An epic flavour is added with some delicate strings and pads.'

Premiere: Mattia Pompeo - Circle (AFFKT Remix) [Sincopat]

'The 9th release of Infinite Depth will be in the name of the Italian producer Recode. Three well shaped originals accompanied by two great remixes by respectively the Italian Alberth and Dutch newcomers Convolute.

'Irreale' is the title track of the EP. It's a track with a catchy melody and interesting arrangement of percussion. It brings a lot of groove with in between the groove lingering breaks, creating impressive moments.

In the remix by Alberth, he replaced the groove for a more atmospheric techno approach. With his typical deep and immersive sound, he managed to create a very suitable remix, which is perfectly in line with the original track.

The third track is called 'Artefatto'. In this track Recode took his groove to an even higher level by letting the percussion and bass communicate in a unique way.

'Sospiro' could be seen as the most optimistic track of the EP. A beautiful melody, which floats fluently through the track, is connected with a matching lead, which are shaping a dazzling ambiance together. 

The remix of 'Sospiro' by Convolute could be seen as driving version of the original track. They took the main idea of the original and surrounded it by some more progressive sounds. To keep the emotion they managed to add a touching synth, which gives the EP a powerful end.'

This is a 2 track ep with a big melt of sounds : an african vibe acompanying an etnic melodic guitar; this print brings a tropical atmosphere to "Filago". With "Olea" we are far from a 4x4 techno kick, we are more in a 90's hip hop drums melted with a dark and deep synth who will impregnate a really special touch that will provide, on the dancefloor, if you play it a the good moment, a unique ambiance and some dirty moves from the dancers.
What a good piece of music from the "Stil Vor talent"'s label producers....
