Took the song in an entirely new direction, but tried to stick some form of the original melodies in there to keep it grounded.

I composed almost everything from scratch, since the original guitar and drum tracks don't really fit this version, but the vocals are Brann's take from the original. Everything here is programmed, not played, but I did my best to keep it sounding authentic. Kept the mix a bit quiet, as massive compression doesn't go well with the genre, so turn it up!

Liebe Freunde 
bei diesem Song bin ich zurückgeschweift zu meinen DIRE STRAITS PROJECT (DSP) Zeiten vor gut 10 Jahren, (eines der tollsten und anspruchsvollsten Projekte, wo ich jemals mitgespielt habe ... !) und ich habe diesen Song  HEUTE geschrieben und aufgenommen ! 
Also hier mal was richtig rockig-knalliges aus meiner "Hausarrest-Musik-Fabrik" ...  Mark Knopfler lässt freundlich grüssen ... ;-)
Es macht mir RICHTIG SPASS - Euch Musik, fernab vom s(chn)ülzigen Mainstream, präsentieren zu dürfen ... 
Das Ganze trägt zu 100% MEINE HANDSCHRIFT und ich mache bewusst NICHT DAS, was die Leute Chartmässig hören wollen ... 

Ein Riesenkompliment einmal an dieser  Stelle meinem lieben Freund KURT STROHMEIER, der mich mit seinen GIGANTOMANISCHEN CHÖREN so lieb unterstützt, ohne des wäre meine Produktion nur halb so gut !
