Since forming just over a year ago, Dark Water has blown  Melbourne away with their blend of mournful synth pop, evocative of 80s nostalgia. Grounded in elements of indie and neo-soul, while saturated with the warm and colourful qualities of disco and psychedelia, the music is distinctive yet familiar, with particular attention given to unique timbres that ooze character.
