Felicium Temporum Reparatio

Eclectic electronic music by Australia based music producer, Reparatio (Ata Kıvılcım). Former program coordinator and presenter for 2RSR 88.9FM (Radio Skid Row) - 'Move on Up' weekly dance music show and an old school DJ (aka DJ Astroboy) in the underground dance music scene of the late 80s to mid 90s.

"My philosophy is a simple one: do everything with imagination, ingenuity and integrity."

Experimenting in Minimal, Trip Hop, Acid Lounge, Chillout, Lo-Fi, Downtempo, Ambient Dub... tending more to music which induces an emotive quality. In essence, journeys using sound (rhythm, tone) in an attempt to communicate feel, mood, sentiment, etc...

The Latin word Reparatio (pronounced re-pa-rah-tee-oh) in essence means 'to fix' and is the root word for reparation and repair. Felicium Temporum Reparatio (or fel.temp.reparatio in shortform) is loosely translated to mean 'a restoration of happier times'.

Ata’s been involved in various remix projects over the years and has produced Audio/Visual content commercially for Air Paradise, Bali TV and Art Vision Bali.

Most of these tunes were done during 2005 to 2008 on FL Studio - there are also a few new tracks done on Reaper and some older tracks from the 90s.

I'm not a fan of hot mastering so my tracks may be quieter than many others of soundcloud but they have a nice dynamic range.

It's been a joy to have people listen and comment on the music - many of these tracks were only heard by a handful of people so it is always heartwarming to get listens and feedback - thanks :)
