“sound sound marks” are spread out across the entire record. You are invited to take part using the inserted sheet of tissue paper in the sleeve of this record(LP). This work is based on the soundscape from the “sound sound marks” workshop that took place during “i can’t hear you: 3. slow core” which focused on the acoustic properties of our work environments. The compositions are a mix of sounds captured during the workshop and recordings of various work environments which came as answers to an open call straight to Raluca’s email for this specific artwork.

The track is composed of three covers of love songs I sang in different moments of the day, directly out of my memory. The air was all the time in my mouth stands for the courage behind expressing different thoughts, actions or naive creative manifestations without the doubt of the quality. Listening and resisting the imperfections of singing and peculiar pronunciation, resisting the ridicule, could place the listener anywhere between boredom and anger. It was initially made for a 30 hours Theme broadcast initiated by Radio Corax, Halle.
