CLR releases a strictly limited, vinyl only remix EP with three different versions of Chris Liebing´s take on “Lie Down In Darkness” (which owes its title to William Styron’s strange dark novel of the same name) from Moby´s recent studio album “Destroyed”.

“Lie Down In Darkness” has been described as an “achingly soulful track of sublime melancholy and symphonic grandeur”. If you want to know how this will sound, remixed by one of techno´s most sought-after producers of our time, we suggest you to get one of the 1000 vinyl copies of this release. For several obvious reasons, CLR 051 is an extraordinary record and already a collector´s item.

ACCIDENTAL RE RELEASE WISHMOUNTAIN'S CLASSIC 'RADIO' ON LIMITED 12" - Monday 10th September

After such an overwhelming positive response to Matthew Herbert’s recent return with the Wishmountain project ‘Tesco’, Accidental records have decided to release this limited run 12” featuring some of the highlights of the original project., including the classic ‘Radio’. 

Radio was originally released on seminal 90's techno label Antiphon records and first championed by Djs such as Sven Vath and Westbam as well as being a club classic for legendary clubs like Fuse in Belgium. The track blasted its way in to nightclubs around the world despite being made only from 8 sounds of a beaten up plastic radio. In many ways it made Matthew's name, as someone ready to bring real and challenging sounds to the largely synthetic soundscape of club music while being unafraid to make people dance at the same time.

Herbert House music fans will not be disappointed by this clutch of rare tracks, available for a short time on vinyl.

Producer, engineer and DJ extraordinaire Reset Robot is the alias of Dave Robertson, an accomplished artist based in Portsmouth on the south coast of the UK. Since launching the pseudonym in 2009 he has traveled the globe, DJing at many of the world’s most influential clubs and festivals, as well as rolling out a slew of well-received productions on labels such as Drumcode, Mobilee, Hotflush and his own platform Whistleblower Records. 

As a DJ Reset Robot’s unassuming approach belies his magnetic appeal and innate ability to craft sets that are polished, enthralling and full of shadowy allure. A self-confessed studio hound, he spends all day, every day at the controls, allowing creativity to flow out of him and refining his skills. Two decades of experience feed into his output, and he prefers to keep things uncomplicated in the studio. The resultant sound is his signature; brooding, sombre, yet accessible and contagious. 

Reset Robot’s visceral rhythms infect your subconscious urging you to dance, while captivating motifs and riffs stay with you long after the rave has ended; earworms of the highest order. It’s a sound that has caught the attention of tastemakers across the industry, picking up releases with some of the most respected labels around.
