Head (originally titled Fucked Up In The Head) is a raw reflection of how someone took a part of me without even realizing it, and it changed me forever. For years, I didn’t understand why I felt the way I did—why I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing, or why I was so different after everything went down. But now, in 2024, I get it. It’s like I was left with a piece of myself that I didn’t even know was gone.

This track is me confronting that loss, that emptiness, and finally understanding the impact it had on me. It’s a journey of realizing how someone’s presence—or absence—shaped me in ways I couldn’t see until I took a step back. I was left questioning my own mind, my emotions, and my identity. But now I can see it clearly: I’ve been carrying the weight of this missing piece all along, and this song is my way of processing it, finally understanding the way it’s changed me.

Head is for anyone who’s been through a situation that left them feeling broken, confused, or lost, but only later realizing why. It’s about growth, understanding the scars that remain, and how we learn to live with them. This is my way of acknowledging the pain and growth that came with it—and the clarity that finally came in 2024.
