Hi I'm Alex Aka Edit 7. 

I'm a Producer/Pianist/Drummer/Singer/Song Writer from Staffordshire UK. I'm mostly into House and Electro but come from a soulful/indie background so like to throw that vibe into my tracks sometimes. My main interests musically at the moment range all the way from classical and film scores through to DnB and Garage with everything in between including T.E.E.D, Hotchip, Nicky Romero The XX and the Foals.  Im currently using Ableton Live for most tracks I make with a little influence from Reason 5 and FL studio. 

All comments are welcomed as well as singers or producers looking to do a collaboration so get in touch. Im pretty easy going so wouldn't mind travelling if anyone is interested in hooking up to make a new track! ;)

Community vibes, bringing people together through Hip Hop. 

The Hip Hop Off is a friendly competition aimed at bringing people together and getting you're tracks heard through a network of like minded people. Hip Hop culture was original about bringing the community together so what better platform to base the competition on. Commerciality is not our style, we're looking for homegrown, up and coming producers from all backgrounds to get involved. Technical ability is not a priority, just fresh original Hip Hop vibes is necessary. Keep an ear out for the next event and remember to share it with anyone interested in Hip Hop or production.
