Originally from Nantes and based in Paris, Luo Gouverneur refines his musical language through his travels and the countless hours he spends digging through record bins. His attention to detail shines both in his appearances on some of Europe’s finest radio stations (Rinse fm, Kiosk, Gimic...) and in his club sets, from Macadam to La Machine du Moulin Rouge. 

A key member of the independent French media dedicated to electronic music Dure Vie, he blends editorial work with podcast/mix programming — an expertise he will soon shift towards Yoyaku, where he will work in Paris and later during the opening of a new record shop. Curious and decidedly versatile, he moves across aesthetics with ease, shifting from gentle textures to progressive rhythms and into darker shades. Under his alias 3h12, a mysterious duo, he moves within a carefully maintained enigma.
