For the 32nd episode of the Resilience podcast, we are pleased to present a DJ set by Initial Code.

With contemporary selections, a mastery of sound, and consistent artistic promotion, Initial Code has established himself on the Belgian techno scene and beyond.

His DJ sets and live performances have taken him to Belgium’s top clubs and festivals, as well as to Paris, Berlin, and Rotterdam. Active since his early days, his love for music is expressed in many forms.

His style blends tunnel techno and mental techno, with a lasting hypnotic influence. As a sound engineer at the legendary Fuse and founder of the InDepth label, he refines his sound with precision.

With performances at festivals like Stone Techno, a residency on Gimic, an EP on X/Y/Secret, and a release on the 30 years of Fuse compilation, Initial Code is becoming an essential figure in the techno scene.

Starting his journey with old school breakbeats and 90s electro, Pacolmo fell in love with the Techno world and Tekno movement when moving to Barcelona, at the age of 18. Mixing anything from Tech House to Hard Techno, Acid to Tribecore, Jungle Only vinyl, exploring his comfortability at 125 to 190bpm.

Resilience is a multidisciplinary Parisian collective that focuses on music and video, all of which is always linked to techno.

The project was born by producing video recordings in abandoned places before organizing club events, especially at Nouveau Casino in Paris, where the collective has a regular residency.

Renowned artists such as Deniro, Psyk, Lewis Fautzi and Setaoc Mass have been invited and the collective is also composed of three talented residents: Justine Perry, DC11 and diapasøn, who each bring their own style and unique energy.
