Few artists can match the influence that Enrique Mena, AKA Svreca, and his label Semantica have had on contemporary techno. With over 20 years in the DJ booth, 200-plus releases on the label and some acclaimed original productions and remixes, Svreca has spearheaded techno’s second generation, helping maintain Madrid as an international hub for deep and driving sounds. 

As a DJ, Svreca draws from a wide sonic palette that includes noise, dub, avant-garde electronics, electro and, of course, techno. First, it was luminaries like Angel Molina and Oscar Mulero that inspired him; since then he has made it his mission to survey the scene and connect with its most original artists. He funnels these influences into a powerful techno sound for body and mind: immersive, textural and rhythmically complex. Whether in an open-air festival setting or a blistering, pitch-back basement, Svreca’s sets—always delivered with technical precision—are a psychedelic, physical experience. 

His sets are also inextricably linked to Semantica. It’s a two way relationship: the label has become a consistently excellent breeding ground for new talent, as well as home to some of techno’s finest artists. Throughout the years, Detroit-born Berlin-based groove operator and Tresor / Globus resident Eric Cloutier has been honing and refining his palette as both a producer and a DJ. Not one to engage in dogmatic restraint, Cloutier keeps developing his vision through carefully curated selections and an equally impeccable mixing technique. Boasting the variety and precision of his releases for his own imprint Palinoia, the present mix was recorded live at The Chinese Laundry in Sydney last year. Playing the main room open-to-close, Cloutier put together this mix as an evolving story and, much like the crowd of that night which proved highly receptive to the narrative, we hope this one will resonate with you. A most exquisitely complex and deep-diving plunge into Cloutier’s shape-shifting headspace, alternating heavyweight punch and dubbed-out minimalism with swashes of textured membranes and faux-organic, modular-like intricacies, this mix is as elusively impossible to pigeonhole as it proves sophisticated in its design.

Since her beginnings, Hydrangea has managed to make her sonic universe resonate far beyond the French borders, performing all around the world. She has played in iconic venues and at renowned events such as Fuse in Brussels alongside Jeff Mills and Ness, La Nature Festival 2024 in Belgium, Outrebleu in Paris, as well as About Blank and Tresor in Berlin.

Her journey has taken her to New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Kyiv, Prague, Budapest, Beijing, Leeds, and even to Australia, with performances in Sydney and Melbourne, to name just a few.

Dans un style oscillant entre techno groovy et hypnotic techno, je vous présente "Sleep", un morceau produit à 90 % sur machines analogiques emblématiques telles que la Roland TR-909, la Juno-106, et d'autres synthétiseurs vintage. J’ai voulu garder une esthétique brute et organique, fidèle à l’esprit des sets live et des productions hardware.

Je m'appelle Ernest, jeune producteur et DJ basé à Strasbourg, fortement influencé par la techno allemande old school. Mon univers musical puise notamment son inspiration chez des artistes comme Moritz Von Oswald, Basic Channel, Sleeparchive, Surgeon, ou encore Robert Hood pour leur approche minimale et répétitive, mais aussi Ben Klock et Marcel Dettmann pour leur sens du groove profond et de la tension hypnotique.

Ce track est une plongée dans mon monde : une techno introspective, rythmique, texturée et conçue pour vous embarquer dans un voyage mental.

Resilience is a multidisciplinary Parisian collective that focuses on music and video, all of which is always linked to techno.

The project was born by producing video recordings in abandoned places before organizing club events, especially at Nouveau Casino in Paris, where the collective has a regular residency.

Renowned artists such as Deniro, Psyk, Lewis Fautzi and Setaoc Mass have been invited and the collective is also composed of three talented residents: Justine Perry, DC11 and diapasøn, who each bring their own style and unique energy.
