We have something chilling for this session , and its his 10 years behind the decks  that gives us the honour to have him along . 
Herodot started his journey alongside Cezar and Kozo , and developed a dynamic rhythm , having shared the booth with the small , the big  and the legends of electronica , from Marco Carola to Magda , JPLS , Onur Ozer or Troy Pierce . 
This mix is an open door for music, a beautiful one , a bit experimental , just the way we like it ;)

#12 - Herodot

While this will be the first time that Ferro will have come to our Farringdon home to perform, the rising producer and DJ has been musically active in his home city of Amsterdam since the age of 17. Still maintaining a big presence in Holland over the past few years, he's also been enjoying the attention given to him from the wider reaching international circuit featuring on lineups like at tINI's <em>tINi & The Gang</em> Ibiza residency, Berlin's Hoppetose carry-ons and up at *riffraff's Midlands based parties. *riffraff are the party crew we have to thank for bringing this new artist to Room Three for their next takeover on the last Saturday of this month where he'll join the party's residents Lee Pennington, Philip Stirzaker, Milhouse and our own DJ in residence, Terry Francis in the booth.

In this exclusive mix Ferro demonstrates his keen ability to inject the funk and tease tension out of the intricate rhythms of his selections. It's a style that he's been expressing alongside the likes of heroes Zip and Ricardo Villalobos (who he’s shared bills with this year). Their influence can also be felt in his work with the Dutch artists fitting quite comfortably into the template set out by the Perlon and RPR camps.

ALEJO GALVEZ (Lima-Peru/ London UK)
Founder at Blind Vision Records and resident DJ at Paradox/EGG London Started off his passion for music by mastering instruments such as flute, Cajon, Piano and an array of percussion to boot.
His love for House Music began at the tender age of 16 when he spent a year in the windy city where house music was born, Chicago. His first introduction to the infectious sound of house was influenced by none other than the god father of house “Frankie Knuckles” himself and from that moment he was addicted and returned to Peru with the exciment of a pubescent school boy and began to indulge further into record labels, DJS and producer. He soon after developed his sound, into an art form that De vince would have been proud of.
The Chicago and San Francisco funky house vibe kick started Alejo’s Sound, he now crosses over from deep underground sounds with groovy baselines into some Romanian with hypnotic vibes, embracing all forms of four– to the- floor. Alejo’s Sound has gone all over the world and he has played at Rodnya (Moscow-Russia), Rashomon (Rome- Italy), Complot Nights (Valparaiso-Chile), Prozak (Krakow-Poland), Bar Americas (Guadalajara-Mexico), EGG Club (London-Uk), CrossClub(Prague- Czech Republic), Fuga (Lima-Peru), Fantomas Chateau (Moscow Russia), Pop Star Bar (Kaunas-Lithuania, La Vieja escuela (Pucon-Chile) just to name a few and share Dj booth with the likes of Dan Ghenacia (Apollonia), Giom, Terry Francis, Lopaski, Janina, Inland Knights, Phil Weeks, Laura Jones, Tijn, Nima Gorji and much more. Alejo has been living in the UK for the last 9 years where he holds his residency at Paradox/Egg London for the last 3 years where he plays every week.
Alejo is the brain behind the label Blind Vision Records ,where he aims to release the up and coming producer from the underground house scene to give them a good platform to showcase their music on vinyl and digital, the roaster of the label has artists like Outstrip, Goncharov, Jef K, Ivan iacobucci, Tjin, Luca Barletta, Katal, Bronxy, LOy, Dixia Sirong, Nick Beringer, Acanalar, Josh Baker, Lost.Act, Kepler, ADMNTi, Wax on Mare St, Le Louche, Juliche Hernandez, Yanne, Alan Castro, R.A.P, G.U.S, Liou, Miguel Puente, Julien Sandre , Javier Carballo, Carlos Sanchez plus many many more!

The label has been feature on Dj Mag (Spain) and Dj Mag (Australia) in many opportunities and recived support also by the BBC on Radio 1,
with only 2 year in the market the label has a very strong following and manage to do a few showcases in the UK, Peru and Chile with sold out events.

Australian born spinstress Monika Ross is an artist who constantly raises her head above the barrier. A radio host, producer and DJ built her grounding in Sydney before immersing herself in Europe’s well nurtured house and techno scene. Miss Ross evades easy categorization: her sets reflect a wealth of ideas and creativity, with sounds deeply rooted into deep organic dub, tech and jazz, always adding the right amount of sensuality to her mixes and productions. Her tracks are powerful yet refined, characterized by swinging percussive grooves and infectious bass lines. The dance floor hasn’t been the only outlet for Monika. Working as a professional audio engineer for the BBC London as well as releasing with labels such as Serialism, Metroline Limited, Rube Goldberg Series, and FA>IE make up Monika’s accomplished musical background. Her ability to stimulate a crowd, push the boundaries and her enviable record collection make Miss Ross a much sought after artist.
