The sound design explores the analog & organic side of Diva, making careful use of all the filter and oscillator choices available. There’s a wide range of sounds on offer, strong mono basses as well as wide lush unison patches, organic leads with soft attacks, and a long release as well as harder more cutting leads. Pads cover vintage to spacious, ambient & ethereal. The chord category uses Diva’s ability to stack and tune individual voices to deliver huge chords at the press of a button, perfect for a touch of old-school sampled chord sounds. Transcend also features plenty of plucks, arps and other synth sounds to give you inspiration, all tagged and organized into their own folders for easy access.

Aiyn Zahev Sounds Transcend also includes 70 MIDI files which have also been rendered to audio. You can find and audition a suitable sound quickly and easily by matching the MIDI files to suggested presets. Transcend will make for an excellent foundation for your next progressive trance or melodic techno track, but It’s well suited to any production that relies on modern analog sounds.

Welcome to this special collection of Vanguard 2 Presets and UI skins for the VST synthesizer icon and pioneer. Which certainly contributed massively to VST synthesizers getting more mainstream adoption.

In late 2022, the Vanguard received a full rework after decades, so perhaps driven by nostalgia, since the Vanguard 2 was also one of my first VST synthesizers, the package was created to give the Vanguard 2 a fresh inspiring package of 75 presets for house and techno, together with 15 custom UI skins as a special extra for a more visually appealing workflow. The UI skins are primarily inspired by classic vintage synths we all know and love, and a few more modern icons. All UI skins have been designed on a maximal scale setting, rich in details so that they will look great and sharp, even on today`s high-resolution monitors.

The presets offer a wide range of usability, absolutely suitable for modern house and techno music production, and also be used for more distant genres such as ambient and cinematic. With the sound’s own charm, the Vanguard 2 still offers a wealth of great sounds with a digital touch, a benevolent change from the huge number of analog-modeled synthesizers these days.

Just listen to the demo – all synth sounds you can hear there were all recorded without extra post-processing (e.g. EQ, comp, etc). Only Xfer LFO tool for some sidechaining and in some places a little bit of the freely available Valhalla Supermassive reverb plugin.

The all-new “Serum Classic Trance” by Aiyn Zahev features 180 presets inspired by some of the best trance tunes from the turn of the millennium. While Serum has a pristine clear sound, the sounds here make full use of the filters, EQ, distortion/clipping, and the dynamics section to bring out tones that are classic in character but will fit right in with modern production styles.

There’s a strong emphasis here on the core of great production sounds. Basses, Leads, Pads and plucks, even digital vocal-like sounds, with just a handful of drum and FX sounds for good measure.

Since Serum features a basic sample playback oscillator, I thought it ideal to use small single samples expand the palette of this bank in key areas. Adding stereo waveforms and noise goes a long way, along with waveforms reminiscent of classic digital wave playback (PCM) synths.
