Mutate

For the last three years Resonant Cortex has had a passion for technology based music creation as he has worked hard to design and construct his own PC/Mac based music studio running Cubase, Logic, Reason, Ableton and other relevant software and hardware. Programming and understanding synthesisers is also a hobby of his. Since the age of twelve Cortex has been lucky enough to own a pair of turntables which he still uses frequently. This has enabled him to pick up confidence and enabled him to perform at large events in the Northampton, London and Buckinghamshire area. Utilising the skill of mixing with the genre has enabled him to meet some very strong producers and DJs within the drum and bass industry. He has had guidance from top drum and base DJs and producers such as Gary k, Swanee and DJ friction. In addition to this Cortex has also frequently played on large Internet radio sites.
