Lama Michel Rinpoche ci guida con grande abilità verso quest'aspirazione altruistica del Bodhisattva di ottenere l’illuminazione per il beneficio di tutti gli esseri, spiegando come coltivare ognuna delle sei perfezioni che costituiscono il fondamento dello stile di vita del Bodhisattva: la generosità, l’etica, la pazienza, la perseveranza colma di entusiasmo, la meditazione e la saggezza come spiegata nella tradizione Madhyamika, o ’Via di Mezzo’ di Nagarjuna e Chandrakirti. 
Il Bodhisattvacharyavatara è un testo fondamentale per comprendere l'essenza del buddhismo e una guida per trasformare la vita di tutti i giorni in qualcosa di più significativo. Pur essendo stato scritto oltre un migliaio di anni fa, offre un senso di attualità sorprendente.
Gli insegnamenti sono stati trasmessi a partire del dicembre 2010 a Albagnano Healing Meditation Center, Italia. Esiste anche la versione in inglese. Capitolo 8: la concentrazione e capitolo 9: la saggezza
